Patriot

Case Number: 2-008 (Patriot Graffiti)

Object-Event Class: Safe

Description of Object-Event:

Patricia Riot was a student in 1976.  She was an artist and was interested in new ways of art like graffiti, cultural jamming and subvertising.  She abbreviated her name to Patriot (Pat-Riot) and began posting her name as graffiti all over the school and school materials, but she did it in such a way as to make it almost impossible to tell if any time you see the word patriot if it's her graffiti tag or the real name of the school, because she made her graffiti tag look very official. Sometimes she added an "S" to her graffiti tag so that it read like Patriots.

Below are pictures of her official looking graffiti and the real word patriot/s.  Patricia's graffiti is circled in red:

Above is the real "patriot" word.

Above is Patricia's official looking graffiti tag.  It is said it took her all night to replace the real word with her graffiti tag.

Above you can see some of her tags and the official word.

Special Containment Procedure:

As it's impossible to tell the real word from Patricia's graffiti tag, its impossible to stop the spread of this graffiti.
