The (Phoenix Committee) is an internal investigation committee
of the organization E.x.Argus. The members
of (PhoCom) can be identified by a small “X” written in ink on the underside
wrist of either the left or right hand.
The (PhoCom) investigations cover a wide spectrum of purposes, from trying
to classify events to investigating missing objects.
