Description of Object-Event:
(Mr. Bloom) is a phantom teacher. It is debated by the Xano Committee whether (Mr. Bloom) is a ghost or a momentary crossover from a parallel universe. (Mr. Bloom) appears as a 5’10” male Caucasian with short brown hair combed with a part. (Mr. Bloom) wears the same outfit: jeans, a long-sleeved white dress shirt (tucked in) with a flowery tie (the tie pattern seems to change). The witnessed behavior of (Mr. Bloom) has been described as “prankish,” “devilish,” and “odd.” (Mr. Bloom) is reported to have tripped students, knocked books from students’ hands, and stolen (including classwork) and moved students’ objects about classrooms. Because of this, encounters with (Mr. Bloom) leave persons upset and confused. First sighted in 1981, (Mr. Bloom) has appeared at least twice a school year.
Special Containment Procedures:
It is deemed by E.x.Argus that (Mr. Bloom) should be contained for further study, however as of yet (Mr. Bloom) has not been contained, as his appearances are unpredictable, thus elusive.
